If you live in the city or region of Hanover and consider submitting an application to the Hardship Commission, please call us! We can help you determine if hardness input is the right choice and help you or your support to fill in the right forms.
We also provide information on the expiry and consequences of voluntary return or deportation, if there are no longer any prospective perspectives, and a hard-hitting deadline is not possible or successful.
Together with the DRK Aurich e.V. we provide advice and support in the run-up to a hardship application for full-time or voluntary helpers from all over Lower Saxony. This includes the phase during the ongoing procedure and after the conclusion of a case-of-case procedure. We also offer training courses on the subject.
For further information on expert advice and the procedure at the Hardship Commission, please refer to the flyer and materials as well as to the homepage of the Hardship Commission at the Lower Saxony Home Office at www.hfk.niedersachsen.de
